Regulador lineal de bajo nivel de interrupción (LDO) TPS7A02

El regulador lineal de bajo nivel de interrupción (LDO) TPS7A02 de Texas Instruments es un regulador LDO muy compacto de corriente en reposo ultrabaja que puede suministrar 200 mA con un excelente rendimiento de voltaje transitorio. El TPS7A02, con una_IQ ultrabaja de 25 nA, está diseñado específicamente para aplicaciones en las que una corriente en reposo muy baja es un parámetro crítico. Este dispositivo mantiene un bajo consumo de I_Q incluso en modo de desconexión para aumentar aún más la vida útil de la batería. Cuando está en modo apagado o desactivado, el dispositivo consume I_Q ultrabaja de 3 nA que ayuda a aumentar la vida útil de la batería. El TPS7A02 tiene un rango de salida de 0.8 V a 5.0 V y está disponible en pasos de 50 mV para admitir los voltajes centrales más bajos de los microcontroladores (MCU) modernos.
