Vishay SiP12116DB microBUCK™ Evaluation Board

Vishay SiP12116DB microBUCK™ Evaluation Board allows the end-user to evaluate features and all functionalities of the SiP12116 synchronous buck regulators. The SiP12116 regulators are high-frequency Current-Mode Constant-On-Time (CM-COT) synchronous buck regulators with integrated high- and low-side power MOSFETs. The SiP12116DB evaluation board features a 4.5V to 15V input voltage range, 3A continuous output current, and 600kHz operational frequency. Typical applications include point-of-load regulation for low-power processors, network processors, low-voltage distributed power architectures (with 5V or 12V rails), computing, LAN/WAN, and high-density cards.
