Torex Semiconductor XC9265 Ultra-Low Power Step-Down DC/DC Converters

Torex XC9265 Step-Down DC/DC Converters provide ultra-low power consumption during operation. Torex XC9265 DC/DC Converters combine a 0.5Ω P-channel driver transistor and a 0.5Ω synchronous N-channel switching transistor, making them ideal for battery-powered applications.

The XC9265 converters only require an inductor and two ceramic capacitors externally. The devices operate from 6V down to inputs as low as 2V. This low-power operation further maximizes battery life in portable applications. The internally set output voltage is in 0.1V increments between 1.0V to 4.0V (±2%).

An enable pin turns the IC on and off. An optional CL discharge function quickly discharges the output capacitor when the IC is turned off. During stand-by, the device shuts down all circuits to reduce consumption to less than 0.1μA.
