Zilog / IXYS IXD1504 Voltage Regulators

Zilog / IXYS IXD1504 Voltage Regulators are highly accurate CMOS voltage regulators with a very low 0.6μA supply current. These regulators are capable of providing very accurate output voltage even at load current as low as 1μA and hence are ideally suited for battery-powered applications. The IXD1504 regulators feature a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a driver transistor, over-current protection circuit, and a phase compensation circuit. The excellent internal phase compensation allows the IXD1504 to operate either with a low ESR ceramic output capacitor CL or even without it. These voltages regulators are available in SOT-25, SSOT-24, or USPN-4B02 packages. Typical applications include mobile phones, cameras, VCRs, and various portable equipment.
