Vishay Semiconductors TCUT1630X01 & TCUT1800X01 Optical Sensors
Vishay Semiconductors TCUT1630X01 and TCUT1800X01 Transmissive Optical Sensors are three- and four-channel sensors designed with phototransistor outputs and are AEC-Q101 qualified. The triple-channel TCUT1630X01 optical sensor is designed for turn and push encoding applications. The compact transmissive sensor comes with an infrared emitter and three phototransistor detectors located face-to-face in a surface-mount package. The quad-channel TCTUT1800X01 optical sensor is designed for absolute and incremental encoding applications and features two infrared emitters with four phototransistor detectors located face-to-face in a surface-mount package. Both of these series from Vishay Semiconductors feature 950nm emitter wavelength, 1.3mA output current, 3mm gap, and 0.3mm aperture. Applications include rotary switches, incremental turn switches, speed and motion control systems, and automotive optical sensors.Features
