Vishay Semiconductors eSMP® MicroSMP Fast Recovery Rectifiers are general-purpose devices ideal for polarity and rail-to-rail protection in consumer and automotive applications. These rectifiers feature ESD capability, low forward voltage drop, and low current leakage. The series is offered in a surface-mount DO-219AD package, with a low 0.65mm profile (typical). Vishay Semiconductors eSMP MicroSMP Fast Recovery Rectifiers are available in standard and AEC-Q101-qualified versions.
