Texas Instruments TPS60800EVM-068 Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TPS60800EVM-068 Evaluation Module is configured to evaluate the operation of the TPS60800-Q1 charge pump voltage inverter. The device generates an unregulated negative output voltage from a 1.8V to 5.25V input voltage range. The devices are typically supplied by a preregulated supply rail of 5V or 3.3V.
The TI TPS60800EVM-068 implements three external 1μF capacitors required to build a complete DC-DC charge pump inverter. Additional input, output, and flying capacitors can also be included. The device offers a variable switching frequency ranging from 500kHz to 750kHz and comes in a 6-pin SOT563 package.
