Texas Instruments TLV700/TLV700-Q1 LDO Linear Regulators

Texas Instruments TLV700/TLV700-Q1 Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulators are low quiescent current devices with excellent load and line transient performance. These LDOs are designed for power-sensitive applications. A precision bandgap and error amplifier provide an overall 2% accuracy. Low output noise, low dropout voltage, and very high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) make these devices ideal for most battery-operated handheld equipment. All device versions have current limits and thermal shutdown for safety.

These devices are stable with a 0.1µF effective output capacitance. This feature enables the use of cost-effective capacitors that have temperature derating and higher bias voltages. The devices regulate to the specified accuracy with no output load. The TLV700/TLV700-Q1 series of LDOs are available in 1.5mm × 1.5mm SON-6, SOT-5, and SC70 packages. The Texas Instruments TLV700-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
