Texas Instruments TAS6424MSQ1EVM Amplifier Evaluation Module (EVM) showcases the TAS6424MS, a 2.1Mhz 4-channel digital input Class-D audio solution for automotive infotainment. The 2.1Mhz switching frequency allows users to significantly reduce inductor size and cost and optimize total system cost. Texas Instruments TAS6424MS delivers 25W (10% THD+N) per channel into 4Ω with a 14.4V supply. TAS6424MS’s wide supply voltage capabilities, from 4.5V to 26V, make it ideal for head unit and external amplifier systems while delivering top-of-the-line performance during start-stop low-voltage transient events.
