Texas Instruments SN74AC00/SN74AC00-Q1 2-Input Positive-NAND Gates
Texas Instruments SN74AC00/SN74AC00-Q1 Quad 2-Input Positive-NAND Gates contain four independent 2-input NAND gates. In positive logic, each gate performs the Boolean function of Y = A × B or Y = A + B. These devices have a 2V to 6V VCC operation range, and inputs accept voltages up to 6V. The Texas Instruments SN74AC00-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
