Texas Instruments LP8764x-Q1EVM Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments LP8764x-Q1EVM Evaluation Modules are used to test, demo, debug and configure one or more LP8764-Q1 power management ICs for automotive and industrial applications. The onboard device is the LP876411E2RQRQ1 or LP876441E4RQKRQ1, which has a 4-phase 2.2MHz configuration for one high current multiphase rail. The LP8764x-Q1EVM evaluation boards can be stacked for multi-PMIC operation testing.

  • Input voltage range from 3.0V to 5.5V
  • Output load current 5.0A per phase, total output load current up to 20A
  • Onboard MSP432 to communicate with PMIC using GUI via USB-C™ cable
  • Board can be reworked to support other LP8764-Q1 phase configurations
  • Boards can be stacked to support multi-PMIC operation testing
