Texas Instruments ADC3683EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments ADC3683EVM Evaluation Modules are a platform demonstrating the performance of the ultra-low-power, high-linearity ADC3683. The ADC368x family has a +1.6V voltage reference (VREF) and can be supplied internally or externally. Onboard voltage regulation and flexible analog input options allow easy evaluation for many different applications. The TI ADC3683EVM Evaluation Module makes a complete evaluation system using the TSW1400EVM data capture card (sold separately) and high-speed data converter pro software (DATACONVERTERPRO-SW). When interfacing with the TSW1400EVM via an FPGA mezzanine card (FMC) connector, data capture (up to 512MB) of the serial CMOS interfaces can be evaluated, including real and complex decimation modes.
