Texas Instruments ADC12QJ1600EVM ADC Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments ADC12QJ1600EVM ADC Evaluation Module (EVM) allows for evaluating the ADC12QJ1600-Q1 device. The ADC12QJ1600-Q1 is a low-power, 12-bit, quad-channel, 1.6GSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a buffered analog input and integrated digital down converter with on-chip PLL, which features a JESD204B/C interface. The evaluation module has transformer-coupled analog inputs for various signal sources and frequencies.

An LMK04828 JESD204B/C clock generator is included in the evaluation module and can be configured to provide an ultra-low-jitter ADC device clock and SYSREF for a complete JESD204B/C subclass 1 clocking solution. ADC12QJ1600-Q1 and LMK04828 are controlled through an easy-to-use software GUI to enable quick configuration for various uses. 

The Texas Instruments ADC12QJ1600EVM connects directly to TSW14J57EVM data-capture hardware via the high-speed FMC+ connector. High-speed data converter pro software (DATACONVERTERPRO-SW) is also available for data capture and analysis support when using TSW14J57EVM.
