Teledyne LeCroy HVFO108 High-Voltage Optically Isolated Probe

Teledyne LeCroy HVFO108 High-Voltage Optically Isolated Probe features 150MHz bandwidth and is suitable for both silicon and silicon carbide designs. This probe is designed to measure small signals floating on a high-voltage (HV) bus in power electronics designs or for EMC, EFT, ESD, and RF immunity testing sensor monitoring. Teledyne LeCroy HVFO108 High-Voltage Optically Isolated Probe provides reduced DUT loading, ensuring better pulse response compared to conventional HV differential probes and selectable tips from ±1V to ±40V. The HVFO108 probe offers ±2.5% gain accuracy and a +10°C to +40°C operating temperature range.
