Tektronix Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes deliver the performance and tools to visualize signals and find answers quickly. It provides bandwidth from 100MHz to 200MHz, two to four channels, 1M points of usable record length, 5000wfms waveform capture rate, and a 7" display. DPO2000 Oscilloscopes feature a serial trigger and decode analysis options and a variable low-pass filter that also allows designers to see signal details to the full bandwidth. MSO2000 Oscilloscopes adds 16 integrated digital channels, enabling users to visualize and time correlate analog and digital signals on a single instrument. This integration extends triggering functionality across all 20 channels - which is ideal for debugging mixed signals.Features
