TE Connectivity AMPSEAL Robust Headers
TE Connectivity's AMPSEAL Robust Headers offer reliable, secure, and easy-to-use PCB connectivity in industrial, commercial, and transportation applications. These headers feature integrated M3 metal bushings that enhance mechanical stability and reduce PCB stress during operation. The AMPSEAL Robust Headers are available in vertical and right-angle PCB mount options and support 8, 14, 23, and 35 position cavity arrangements for flexible PCB designs. These headers support a 1.3mm contact size, delivering up to 17A (gold-plated contacts) or 8A (tin-plated contacts). The AMPSEAL Robust Headers feature IP67-rated thermoplastic housing that resists moisture, dust, and chemicals, ensuring reliable performance in harsh conditions. These headers also feature an integrated latch and wedgelock system, enabling secure mating and error-free installation.
The AMPSEAL Robust Headers terminate to PCBs via through-hole soldering and operate within the -40°C to 105°C temperature range. Typical applications include electric and hybrid trucks, public transportation, smart farming equipment, factory automation, robotics, fleet telematics, GPS, portable generators, and smart infrastructure.
