TDK DC Link Capacitors
TDK DC Link Capacitors are aluminum electrolytic capacitors designed for DC links in on-board chargers in electric vehicles. The B43655 and B43656 series capacitors are optimized for forced cooling operation, supporting higher voltages and currents in next-generation OBC platforms. Features include a compact design and high ripple-current capability, making these capacitors suitable for applications that require maximum efficiency and reliability in space-constrained environments.
Specifications include 475V and 500V voltage ratings, a capacitance range of 110μF to 880μF, and a useful life of >3000h at +105°C. B43655 capacitors meet the requirements of 800V battery architecture for modern e-mobility applications, while the B43656 series offers a high-current handling capability of 4.42A at +105°C for demanding high-power OBC topologies.
DC Link Capacitors from TDK are AEC-Q200 qualified and made with RoHS-compliant materials. They are available in compact snap-in designs ranging in diameter from 22mm to 35mm and lengths from 25mm to 60mm, depending on the capacitance and voltage class.
