EPCOS / TDK B3271 MKP DC Link Film Capacitors
EPCOS / TDK B3271 MKP DC Link Film Capacitors offer good self-healing properties, low losses with high current capability, and high reliability. These compact AEC-Q200D compliant capacitors range in capacitance from 0.47μF to 170μF and are rated for voltages from 500VDC to 1600VDC with a maximum operating case temperature of +105°C. The capacitors are available in lead spacings of 27.5mm, 37.5mm, and 52.5mm, in both 2-pole and 4-pole versions. The low 11.5nH to 23nH self-inductances combined with the high ripple current capability make the B3271 capacitors suited for SiC-based inverters operating at high switching frequencies. The EPCOS/TDK B3271 Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitors are qualified to IEC 61071, AEC-Q200, and UL 810 and enable use in typical industrial applications such as frequency converters, photovoltaic inverters, EV fast chargers, and automotive applications such as onboard chargers and auxiliary/power inverters.Features
