TDK xEVCap Lead Wire Film Capacitors

TDK xEVCap Lead Wire Film Capacitors offer low ESR, low ESL, good self-healing properties, and AEC-Q200 rev. E compliance. These capacitors feature a polypropylene dielectric, a UL 94V-0-rated plastic case, and epoxy resin sealing with a UL 94V-1 flammability rating. xEVCap capacitors are compatible with WBG semiconductors and are scalable and modular for different power levels and densities.  TDK xEVCap Lead Wire Film Capacitors are suitable for parallel connection through busbars, passenger cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, machinery tools, and DC-links for main traction inverters.
