Swissbit S-50u Memory Cards

Swissbit S-50u Series Memory Cards are based on 3D NAND TLC, page-based flash management, high IOPS rate, and endurance. These memory cards feature high performance, optimized Floyd–Warshall (FW) algorithm, high reliability, controlled BOM, and product change notification (PCN) process. The S-50u memory cards are compliant with SD6.10 specification that includes SDHC/SDXC high-speed mode, 10/U3/V30/A2 speed class, SD2.0 backward compliant, and FAT32 / exFAT preformatted. These Swissbit memory cards support SD SPI mode and advanced error correction code (ECC). The S-50u series operates at -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range and 2.7V to 3.6V voltage range. These memory cards are available in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.
