STMicroelectronics TSL6201, TSL6202, & TSL6204 Op Amps
STMicroelectronics TSL6201, TSL6202, and TSL6204 Operational Amplifiers are unity-gain-stable amplifiers with a 6MHz bandwidth. The single, dual, and quad amps feature a wide supply range of 2.5V to 5.5V and a rail-to-rail input stage. The TSL6201, TSL6202, and TSL6204 Op Amps are ideal for battery-powered products and cost-sensitive applications.
The STMicroelectronics TSL6201 is available in a SOT23-5 package, the TSL6202 in a MiniSO8 package, and the TSL6204 in a TSSOP14 package.
