The STMicroelectronics TSZ182H1 offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 3MHz gain bandwidth. The device consumes 1mA at 5V. The device operates over an extended range of -40 to +175°C and features an ultra-low input bias current.
