STMicroelectronics STPS4S200 Power Schottky Rectifiers are 200V rectifiers designed for switch-mode power supplies and high-frequency DC-to-DC converters. The STPS4S200 are packaged in SMB flat notch, SMB flat, SMC, or DPAK options. They offer low leakage current, very small conduction losses, and a high junction temperature capability. STMicroelectronics STPS4S200 Power Schottky Rectifiers are used in low voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications. They are also ideal for LED lighting and home appliances.
