Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si8274ISO-KIT Gate Driver Evaluation Board
Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si8274ISO-KIT Isolated Gate Driver Evaluation Board allows designers to evaluate Skyworks' Si827x family of high CMTI performance ISO drivers. The board comes populated with the Si8271 or the Si8274 version of the family. The Skyworks Solutions board includes screw terminals for quick evaluation of the devices’ key parameters and also includes test points on each device’s pins to accommodate direct connection to the designer’s end system.
Kit Contents
- Si8274ISO-EVB evaluation board
- Si8271 - single channel driver in 8 NB SOIC package
- Si8274 - single PWM input high side/low side drivers in 16 NB SOIC package
Required Equipment
- Digital multimeter
- Oscilloscope (at least 2 channels)
- Dual DC power supply: 0 to 5V and 0 to 15V (or 2 single supplies)
- Function Generator
- Assorted cables, leads, and probes as necessary to connect equipment to evaluation board
- Si827x evaluation board (board under test)
