Silicon Labs EFR32FG13 Flex Gecko Proprietary Protocol SOCs are energy-efficient MCUs with an integrated radio transceiver. The EFR32FG13 can be used for any battery-operated application and other systems requiring high performance and low energy consumption. The SOCs are single-die solutions with energy efficiency, ultrafast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier, an integrated balun and other MCU features.
