Semtech RClamp®03331PWQ ESD & EOS Protection Device
Semtech RClamp®03331PWQ Low Capacitance ESD and EOS Protection Device is designed to provide ESD and secondary surge protection on antennas and high-speed data ports. This device employs snap-back or “crow-bar” technology to minimize the clamping voltage. The RClamp03331PWQ ESD and EOS protection device offers a low leakage current and is grade 1 qualified for AEC-Q100 and AEC-Q101. ESD characteristics are highlighted by high ESD withstand voltages of ±30kV (air) and ±25kV (contact) per IEC 61000-4-2. This device comes in a DFN 1mm x 0.6mm x 0.55mm 2-lead package. Typical applications include antenna, USB 3.2, Low-Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS), automotive, and industrial equipment.
