Saleae Logic Pro 16 USB Logic Analyzers

Saleae Logic Pro 16 USB Logic Analyzers provide 16 analog/digital inputs with sample rates of up to 500MSPS for digital and up to 50MSPS for analog. The bandwidth ranges from 100MHz square wave when sampling at 500MSPS for digital and 5MHz when sampling at 50MSPS for analog. These analyzers support protocols such as SPI, I2C, serial, Atmel SWI, BiSS-C, CAN, MIDI, Manchester, Modbus, SMBus, SWD, USB, and UNI/O. The compact, portable devices feature 3.6" x 3.6" x 0.59" dimensions with 12-bit analog resolution and a -10V to 10V analog input range. Saleae Logic Pro 16 USB Logic Analyzers are supplied with test leads, test clips, a USB cable, and a carrying case. The Logic Pro 16 series is designed for debugging, capturing signals, and decoding protocols in applications.

Features

  • 16 digital inputs, 16 analog inputs (shared with digital channels)
  • Maximum sample rates
    • Digital: 500MSPS at 4 channels, 100MSPS at 16 channels (USB 3.0 required)
    • Analog: 50MSPS at 3 channels, 12.5MSPS at 13 channels, 6.25MSPS at 16 channels
  • Bandwidth
