ROHM Semiconductor SML-MN2 Automotive LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SML-MN2 Automotive LEDs include AEC-Q101 qualified SMD LEDs in a compact 0805 reflector package. The SML-MN2 Automotive LEDs are constructed with an InGaN chip structure, and the die is located at the center of the package. Placing the die at the center of the package results in an equivalent distribution of light emission. The SML-MN2 Automotive LEDs operate with a typical 20mA forward current, 2.9V forward voltage, and 68mW power dissipation in a -40°C to 100°C temperature range.
