ROHM Semiconductor LAPIS ML22Q2x4 Speech Synthesis LSI incorporates Flash for storing sound code data and can be controlled with a clock synchronization serial interface (ML22Q234), standalone interface (ML22Q244) or an I2C interface (ML22Q254). Integrating a D-class speaker amplifier in the ROHM Semiconductor LAPIS ML22Q2x4 makes the solution required for sound output possible with a single chip.
