The kit includes an LCD module, an on-chip debugging emulator, and an Integrated Development Environment (IDE). The RSK-RX23T starter kit evaluates the IIC and SCI communication functions and contains all the circuitry, such as switches, LEDs, and a potentiometer required for microcontroller operation.
