Qorvo TGL2223-SM 5-Bit Attenuator
Qorvo TGL2223-SM is a wideband, 5-bit digital attenuator using Qorvo's TQPHT15 production 0.15µm GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor) process. The TGL2223-SM operates from 1GHz to 31GHz and offers a low attenuation step size of 0.5dB. It supports >15.5dB of attenuation range with a low RMS step error of <0.5dB.
Using standard, negative control voltages from -3.3V to -5V coupled with excellent broadband performance, the TGL2223-SM is ideal for supporting of a variety of commercial and military applications.
The Qorvo TGL2223-SM 5-Bit Attenuator is packaged in a 3.0mm x 3.0mm ceramic air-cavity QFN with both RF ports matched to 50Ω for simple system integration.
