Qorvo RFPD3540 / RFPD3580 Power Doubler Amplifier
Qorvo RFPD3540 and RFPD3580 Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier Modules feature advanced Gallium Nitride on Silicon Carbide (GaN on SiC) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) process technologies. These GaAs / GaN amplifier modules from Qorvo provide high output capability for 45MHz to 1.218GHz CATV amplifier systems. Both devices offer excellent linearity and superior return loss performance with robust reliability.
Additionally, the RFPD3580 allows external adjustment of the DC current and supply voltage for optimum distortion performance versus power consumption over a wide range of output level.
