Qorvo QPB Return Path Amplifiers
Qorvo QPB Return Path Amplifiers are HBT (Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor) RF Balanced Amplifier ICs designed to operate as upstream amplifiers for DOCSIS (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification) 3.1 applications. Qorvo QPB Return Path Amplifiers offer low noise, high gain, and high linearity for 5MHz to 210MHz interfaces using an 8V power supply. The QPB2318, QPB2328, QPB3311, and QPB3321 Return Path Amplifiers are offered in a compact SOIC-8 package with an exposed pad and feature externally-adjustable bias control.Features
