PANJIT Ultra-Low Forward Voltage Bridge Rectifiers
PANJIT Ultra-Low Forward Voltage (VF) Bridge Rectifiers are engineered with oxide planar chip junction technology and feature PI protection layers. These rectifiers offer an ultra-low forward voltage of 0.74V at +125°C that reduces energy waste and optimizes power utilization. With a minimal actual leakage current of 20µA at +125°C, these bridge rectifiers guarantee efficient power transmission, enhancing system reliability and stability, even in demanding conditions. The wafer fabrication process's stability translates to consistent, high-quality performance in various high-power applications, including server power, AI power, telecom power, gaming power, and 80+ platinum/titanium PC power applications.Features
