onsemi NCP730 CMOS LDO Regulator
onsemi NCP730 CMOS LDO (Low Dropout) Regulator features low quiescent current, fast transient response, and high input and output voltage ranges. The NCP730 is designed for up to 38V input voltage and 150mA output current. A quiescent current of only 1µA makes this device ideal for battery-powered, always-on applications. onsemi NCP730 is offered in fixed output voltage and adjustable output voltage variants. The B-version of the NCP730 implements a Power Good circuit (PG), which indicates that output voltage is in regulation. This signal can be used for power sequencing or as a microcontroller reset. Internal short circuit and over-temperature protections save the device against overload conditions.
The NCP730 CMOS LDO Regulator is available in compact TSOP-5 and WDFN-6 packages and is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
