onsemi NCP114 300mA CMOS Low Dropout Regulators offer a very stable, accurate voltage with low noise suitable for noise-sensitive applications. onsemi NCP114 Low Dropout Regulators employ a dynamic quiescent current adjustment for very low IQ consumption at no-load. This optimizes performance for battery-operated portable applications. These devices are offered in compact UDFN4 and TSOP-5 packages, ideal for space-constrained designs.
