onsemi NCP139A LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP139A LDO Regulators are 1A VLDO equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). onsemi NCP139A Regulators provide a stable, accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space-constrained, noise-sensitive applications. The NCP139A features low IQ consumption, optimizing performance for battery-operated portable applications. The NCP139A LDO Regulators are available in a WLCSP6 1.2mm x 0.8mm Chip Scale package for use in space-constrained applications.
