onsemi Mid-Voltage P-Channel MOSFETs are 100V and 150V P-Channel MOSFETs that offer the best in class RDS-ON and Qg in the industry. Each of these devices is produced using PowerTrench® technology. This very high density process is especially tailored to minimize on-state resistance and optimized for superior switching performance. onsemi Mid-Voltage P-Channel MOSFETs are ideal for high side switching on motor drives and lighting, active clamp in DC-DC, and load switching.
