onsemi / Fairchild FPF1320/21 DISO Load Switch

onsemi / Fairchild FPF1320 and FPF1321 devices are suitable for wireless charging applications with a dual-input single-output (DISO) load switch. These onsemi / Fairchild switches perform seamless power-source transitions between two input power rails using the SEL pin with the advanced break-before-make operation. FPF1320 and FPF1321 are designed to interface directly with low-voltage control signal General Purpose Input Output (GPIO) applications.
