NXP Semiconductors NCX2200 Low Voltage Comparators
NXP Semiconductors NCX2200 Low Voltage Comparators are single low voltage, low power comparator ICs. These comparators have a very low supply current of 6µA and are guaranteed to operate at a low voltage of 1.3V. They are fully operational up to 5.5V which makes these devices convenient for use in both 3.0V and 5.0V systems. NXP Semiconductors NCX2200 Low Voltage Comparators are ideal for applications like cell phones, alarm and security systems, and PDAs.
