NXP Semiconductors i.MX RT600 Evaluation Kit (MIMXRT685-EVK) supports the development of the MIMXRT685 and MIMXRT633 MCUs. This evaluation kit features a 300MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCU, 600MHz Tensilica® Hi-Fi 4 DSP, 4.5MB SRAM, and 128KB/96KB DSP TCM/cache. This NXP evaluation kit employs the high-speed octal/quadSPI for execute-in-place. The i.MX RT600 kit is suitable for ML/AI, voice, and audio applications.
