Nordic Semiconductor nRF54LM20A System-on-Chip (SoCs)
Nordic Semiconductor nRF54LM20A System-on-Chip (SoC) is designed for BLUETOOTH® LE, Bluetooth Channel Sounding, Bluetooth Mesh, Zigbee®, Thread, Matter, Amazon Sidewalk, and proprietary 2.4GHz protocols. The nRF54LM20A is part of the nRF54L series that includes multiple SoCs such as the nRF54LM20A, nRF54L15, nRF54L10, and nRF54L05. The SoCs integrate an ultra-low-power 2.4GHz radio and MCU with a 128MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor, an extensive peripheral set, and a scalable memory configuration.
The Nordic nRF54LM20A features a high-speed USB host and device to the series and advances the maximum available NVM from 1.5MB to 2MB and RAM from 256KB to 512KB. Nordic's proprietary technologies, such as low-leakage RAM and advanced multiprotocol radio design, facilitate ultra-low power consumption, lessening battery size or increasing lifetime.
