Murata Electronics GMD Ceramic Capacitors offer a 100pF to 1µF capacitance range, 6.3V_DC to 50V_DC rated voltage, and 1mm x 0.5mm maximum size. GMD capacitors are designed for wire bonding and use of gold-tin (AuSn) soldering and are ideal for package mounting. Noise can be reduced by eliminating the routing of the wire, and high efficiency is accomplished with the built-in capacitor in the package.
