Mill-Max High-Current Pin Receptacles

Mill-Max High-Current Pin Receptacles feature beryllium copper contact material and brass alloy shell material. These receptacles are available in both open-bottom and closed-bottom configurations. The high-current pin receptacles offer 10mΩ maximum contact resistance, 1000 cycles minimum mechanical life, 42A maximum current at a 30°C temperature rise. These receptacles provide solder-mount and press-fit into a Non-Plated Through Hole (NPTH) mounting options. The high-current pin receptacles feature shell plating of 10 µ" and 200µ" to 300µ" Tin (matte finish) over Nickel and contact plating of 30µ" gold over nickel. The high-current pin receptacles operate in the -55°C to +125°C temperature range and are RoHS compliant.
