Mikroe MIKROE-6099 Compass 8 Click

Mikroe MIKROE-6099 Compass 8 Click is a compact add-on board designed for precise compass applications. The Mikroe MIKROE-6099 features the AKM Semiconductor AK09919 3-axis electronic compass IC, which uses high-sensitivity hall sensor technology to detect terrestrial magnetism on the X, Y, and Z axes. The AK09919 includes multiple operational modes, a built-in oscillator, a power-on reset circuit, a magnetic sensor overflow monitor, and a 16-sample FIFO data buffer for efficient data handling. This board communicates via a standard I2C interface, supports 3.3V and 5V logic levels, and has a library and example code for easy development. It is ideal for map heading and pedestrian navigation systems.
