Microchip Technology MCP6477 & MCP6479 3MHz Operational Amplifiers

Microchip Technology MCP6477 and MCP6479 3MHz Operational Amplifiers come with enhanced EMI protection, minimizing electromagnetic interference from external sources. This feature makes it well-suited for EMI-sensitive applications like power lines, radio stations, and mobile communications. The MCP6477 and MCP6479 amplifiers from Microchip Technology operate with a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V while only drawing 170µA/amplifier (typical) of quiescent current. These operational amplifiers exhibit low input offset voltage (±1.6mV, maximum), rail-to-rail input and output operation, unity-gain stability, and a gain-bandwidth product of 3MHz.

The MCP6477 and MCP6479 1MHz operational amplifiers product family is offered in dual (MCP6477) and quad (MCP6479) packages. These devices are designed using an advanced CMOS process and fully specified in the extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Typical application includes smoke detectors, automotive, battery-powered systems, sensor conditioning, and battery current monitoring.
