Microchip Technology MCP1541 Voltage References are 2.5V and 4.096V precision voltage references that use advanced CMOS circuit design and EPROM trimming. This combination offers ±1% tolerance and temperature stability of ±50ppm/°C. The MCP1541 voltage references feature ±2mA output current drive, 100μA maximum input current at 25°C, and -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
