Littelfuse Qxx25xHx Standard & Alternistor Triacs
Littelfuse Qxx25xHx Standard and Alternistor (High Commutation) Triacs are 25A bi-directional solid state switches designed for AC switching and phase control applications. These applications include motor speed and temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays. The Qxx25xHx triacs feature an internally constructed isolated package to allow easy heatsinking with high isolation voltages. Standard alternistor triacs operate with in-phase signals in Quadrants I or III and only unipolar negative gate pulses for Quadrants II or III. The alternistor triacs will not work in Quadrant IV. Alternistor Triacs (no snubber required) are ideal for applications with high inductive loads requiring high commutation performance.Features
