Littelfuse AK20-Y High Power TVS Diodes feature Littelfuse Foldback™ technology, providing a clamping voltage lower than the avalanche voltage, resulting in a fast response time. These diodes are ultra-compact, less than one-tenth the size of traditional discrete solutions. They offer a 20kA current rating, 10nF to 32nF capacitance range, and up to 76V standoff voltage.
