KYOCERA AVX RF Ultra-Low ESR Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX RF Ultra-Low ESR Capacitors are multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) with copper base metal electrode (BME) internal electrodes. These capacitors feature ultra-low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and high self-resonance frequency. The modules are available in 01005, 0402, 0603, and 0805 EIA chip sizes with tight tolerance and C0G (NP0) temperature characteristics. KYOCERA AVX RF Ultra-Low ESR Capacitors are ideal for various applications, including cellular base stations, satellite communications, broadband wireless services, Wi-Fi® (802.11), and subscriber-based wireless devices.
